[India] With our existing multimeters, we frequently experienced issues with erroneous readings, which reduced the reliability of electrical diagnostics during powertrain testing and sometimes even led to misleading conclusions. In addition, the manual range-selection knob required us to repeatedly switch between voltage ranges during testing, making the process slow and cumbersome, and significantly decreasing our overall efficiency.

[Lithuania] Before introducing the Kyoritsu KEW 6305, we had problems with electrical measurements because we used old instruments with limited functions. We often needed several devices and setups to get the overall situation, which made troubleshooting slow, and sometimes unstable issues were missed and not caught. Measurement accuracy was not always consistent, especially with changes in load. Also, setup in different locations took too much time and slowed down our daily testing work.

[India] Over the past 15 years, we have been operating as an engineering consultant specializing in services such as safety audits and electrical failure analysis. Our work includes the regular inspection and evaluation of electrical systems across a wide range of facilities. As part of these routine audit activities, accurate measurement of loop impedance is essential. However, since many of the systems are protected by Residual Current Devices (RCDs), conventional testing methods can cause unintended tripping, leading to operational disruption. Therefore, we require a reliable solution or instrument capable of measuring loop impedance without tripping the RCD. This capability is critical to ensure efficient, non-intrusive testing on systems that are in operation and to maintain continuity in the audit process.

[Japan] Insulation faults occurred frequently throughout a Japanese traditional inn (ryokan). Since the lighting distribution boards were located in dimly lit areas, it made measurements and inspection work difficult.

[Japan] During periodic inspections of manufacturing equipment, we measured current values; however, the measurements were not performed continuously. As a result, we were unable to capture the characteristics of the current, which limited our ability to make effective use of the measurement data. In addition, because the current involved was small AC current, we assumed that high-accuracy measurement would not be possible and had given up on obtaining reliable data.

[Japan] When testing transducers (convertors) in a distribution board, there are cases where the central monitoring system cannot be started up. In such situations, the output wiring of the transducer was disconnected and a digital multimeter was connected for measurement.  Similarly, when abnormal readings appeared on the central monitoring system on a board in operation, disconnecting the transducer output wiring during operation posed a high risk. Therefore, transducer testing was carried out during scheduled power outages to check for any malfunctions.

[Japan] For electrical installation inspections, we had to carry both a simplified earth resistance tester and a low-voltage insulation resistance tester, leaving both hands occupied.

【Japan】 Many types of testers are necessary to check insulation and leakage current etc. at the inspection of electrical tools and cable reels. One comprehensive tester which can reduce working time and increase working efficiency is ideal. In terms of management, saving and recording of measurement result is also the key feature.
