[Cyprus] Previously, measurement results had to be recorded manually, making data management and report generation time-consuming. In addition, I didn’t have a single instrument that could perform continuity, insulation resistance, earth resistance, and RCD tests.

[Japan] A breaker unintentionally tripped, and identifying the cause was difficult.

[Japan] We had been using a multimeter to check analog signals on equipment such as I/P converters. Since the multimeter had to be connected in series with the equipment, it was necessary to either shut down the equipment or prepare additional wiring in advance. As a result, troubleshooting typically took 30 to 60 minutes.

[Italy] Without going over-budget, there was no multimeter that was satisfactory in every respect, including: Analog meters: transient response, precision, susceptibility to static buildup, and durability. Digital meters: readability, functions, and the operation of the auto power‑off feature.

[Japan] When using a power meter, connecting the voltage test leads to the terminals one by one was cumbersome, and we were concerned that the clips might come loose during measurement.

[Japan] We used to disconnect cables to test signal converters, which was time-consuming and required a lot of effort.

[Japan] There was an installation job for an EV/PHEV charger, but although it was installed, we were unable to verify whether the charger was functioning properly, so we had to confirm proper operation using the customer’s PHEV.

[Japan] We replaced the old equipment with new equipment due to aging. However, we were not sure how much energy could be saved by replacing the 20-year-old equipment with the new one.

[India] With our existing multimeters, we frequently experienced issues with erroneous readings, which reduced the reliability of electrical diagnostics during powertrain testing and sometimes even led to misleading conclusions. In addition, the manual range-selection knob required us to repeatedly switch between voltage ranges during testing, making the process slow and cumbersome, and significantly decreasing our overall efficiency.
