• What are the measuring ranges for each clamp sensor?
• When inserted the CF card, Model 6300 does not recognize the CF card. At the setting for CF card at the item No.19 to select "use" or "not use", the key indicator can not be changed from "off" to "on".
• Wish to remove the USB driver for KEW POWER METER completely since the install of the driver for "KEW POWER METER 6300" starts automatically when connecting other USB devices.
• When you cancel the install operation in progress or fail to install the USB driver, it cannot be reinstalled.
• Communication between KEW Windows for KEW6305 and KEW6305 unit fails while using Bluetooth communication.
• When installed the KEW POWER PLUS software, the personal computer did not recognize the Model 6300.
• When transferring the data between the model 6300 and the personal computer, the display indicates "Timer out error".
• Recorded data cannot be transferred to the personal computer.
• How to reset the file number starting with "001"?

• Inaccurate readings
• When installing the USB driver with the hardware WindowsXP, the following remark appears. "The software you are installing for this hardware: KEW LEAK LOGGER 5000/5001 has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP."
• When trying to transmit the data, the following message appears. "Remove and insert the USB cable once."
• When other USB device is connected, the PC goes to install the KEW LOGGER driver. How to delete entirely the KEW LOGGER USB driver?
• When the leak logger is connected to the PC using the USB cable, the leak logger connected is not detected in the logger list.
• The readings fluctuate.
• Battery symbol is blinked in the LCD.
• Nothing is displayed in the LCD.
• Unable to measure. ("Err" is displayed.)
• Unable to measure. ("nc" is displayed.)
