[Spain] I previously required at least two or three different instruments to simultaneously perform power measurements, waveform visualization, and harmonics analysis.

[Syria] We faced time-consuming measurements due to the need for manual range selection, as well as difficulty working in tight spaces (e.g., in crowded electrical panels). Additionally, we sometimes experienced concerns about accuracy and safety with our old equipment.

[Saudi Arabia] I have been struggling with lower-quality measuring instruments that provide unstable readings in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.  I often had to repeat tests multiple times until we felt confident in the results, which wasted time on-site. With other earth testers, we faced significant 'noise' interference which made it difficult to get a stable reading in urban areas.

In tight electrical panels, common clamp meters were difficult to handle.

[India] Over the past 15 years, we have been operating as an engineering consultant specializing in services such as safety audits and electrical failure analysis. Our work includes the regular inspection and evaluation of electrical systems across a wide range of facilities. As part of these routine audit activities, accurate measurement of loop impedance is essential. However, since many of the systems are protected by Residual Current Devices (RCDs), conventional testing methods can cause unintended tripping, leading to operational disruption. Therefore, we require a reliable solution or instrument capable of measuring loop impedance without tripping the RCD. This capability is critical to ensure efficient, non-intrusive testing on systems that are in operation and to maintain continuity in the audit process.

[Japan] Insulation faults occurred frequently throughout a Japanese traditional inn (ryokan). Since the lighting distribution boards were located in dimly lit areas, it made measurements and inspection work difficult.

[Japan] When testing transducers (convertors) in a distribution board, there are cases where the central monitoring system cannot be started up. In such situations, the output wiring of the transducer was disconnected and a digital multimeter was connected for measurement.  Similarly, when abnormal readings appeared on the central monitoring system on a board in operation, disconnecting the transducer output wiring during operation posed a high risk. Therefore, transducer testing was carried out during scheduled power outages to check for any malfunctions.

[Japan] A recorder we already owned was used to identify circuits with leakage current, but it was cumbersome to operate.

[Japan] For electrical installation inspections, we had to carry both a simplified earth resistance tester and a low-voltage insulation resistance tester, leaving both hands occupied.
