POWER-ON INDICATION LED does not light up when testing insulation.
Check if the batteries are set appropriately.
Set the batteries propoerly.
Check if the test leads are firmly inserted into the terminal of the instrument.
If not, insert the test leads firmly into the terminal of the instrument.
