Improved fault diagnosis accuracy and resolved 99% of electrical trouble cases
Situation

When performing fault diagnosis on electrical installations during the construction and repair of residential and commercial facilities, we used instruments such as multimeters, voltage testers, and clamp meters. However, we often could not perform sufficiently thorough diagnostics and had to rely on trial and error, experience, and intuition.
Particularly in areas with a large number of aging residential and commercial facilities, it was necessary to respond to numerous electrical problems throughout the year. Accurately and efficiently identifying the cause of a fault was a significant challenge.
In addition, when the cause could not be identified, it was often necessary to replace part or all of the equipment, resulting in additional time and cost burdens for customers.
Solutions
We introduced the Multi Function Installation Tester KEW 6516BT, which can perform all the measurements and tests required for electrical installation safety checks and fault diagnosis, such as insulation resistance measurement, RCD testing, and voltage measurement, with a single unit.
