Both working efficiency and the reliability of equipment performance evaluation have been improved.

Situation

[Lithuania]

Before introducing the Kyoritsu KEW 6305, we had problems with electrical measurements because we used old instruments with limited functions. We often needed several devices and setups to get the overall situation, which made troubleshooting slow, and sometimes unstable issues were missed and not caught.

Measurement accuracy was not always consistent, especially with changes in load. Also, setup in different locations took too much time and slowed down our daily testing work.

Solutions

We introduced Power Meter KEW 6305 to measure the electrical performance of residential and commercial ventilation equipment and their components (such as fans and motors), and to conduct measurement and quality checks of ventilation systems.

Customer Reviews

After introducing the Kyoritsu KEW 6305, our testing work has become faster and more efficient.

We can measure voltage, current, and power of ventilation units in one setup, which saves time and reduces mistakes during testing. The device helps us better understand how residential and commercial ventilation units behave in real operation, especially during start‑up and under different load conditions. In addition, data logging makes it easier to find abnormal power consumption or unstable operation, and it is also useful for recording data to compare differences resulting from device settings.

KEW 6305 improves our workflow and provides more reliable results, so we can make quicker and more confident evaluations of ventilation unit performance.
