Kyoritsu Electrical Instruments Works, Ltd. ("Kyoritsu") will do our utmost to respect our customer's personal information and protect its privacy.

		Responsible Use Of Personal Information

Personal information is used only for the purpose of contacting our customer. We will not use the information for another purpose, without notifying customer. Kyoritsu will inform the customer if there is a reasonable necessity for further use. A customer reserves the right to revoke consent for the use of his personal information at any time.

		Nondisclosure To Third Party

Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties. Unless the following conditions apply:

1.	Obtained prior consent of customer.
2.	To offer service requested by customer, Kyoritsu may need to share such aggregate information with our subsidiaries or distributors in appropriate range.
3.	To protect personal safety or properties there is an urgent necessity to disclose information.
4.	We may disclose personal information if we are legally required to do so.

		Confirmation, Correction and Deletion

Customer's personal information may be confirmed, reviewed, corrected and/or deleted. Customers may contact Kyoritsu regarding any modifications or corrections to their personal information. We will make necessary changes.

		Cessation Of Delivery Service

Kyoritsu may contact you to provide information about products, services and other offerings that may be of interest to you. You can instruct us whether or not you wish to be contacted. If you do not wish to receive information from Kyoritsu, we will suspend delivery immediately.

		Revision Of Privacy Policy

Kyoritsu reserves the right to revise or remove any part of our Privacy Policy at any time without notice and without liability. Any changes to "Privacy Policy" posted on this site, take effect as soon as they are revised.
